The below charts indicate the number of pending residential sales in both Broward and Palm Beach County. While both markets saw higher numbers for closed home sales in 2019, pending home sales saw an increase in 2020.
With both markets facing a strong demand and limited supply, there are numerous reasons for the increase in numbers; low mortgage rates, lockdown lifts and high tech virtual tours.
